As usual with our product training courses, there was a theoretical and practical part, but in this case it was a little more detailed, as we had already coordinated the framework of questions in advance and tailored the training to the customer. It was a particularly knowledge-rich and fruitful exchange in theory and practice for everyone involved - whether about our systems in general, coving and practical tricks, about the Silikal Concrete Look and how it can look really "cloudy". Dirk Brück, Head of Technical Customer Support, Nico Schmidt and Tim Neu, Technical Customer Support, were delighted with the lively interest. And, of course, about the many other successful projects that the Riflex Bodentechnik team has implemented with Silikal flooring.
