Passed with "very good"! We congratulate our employee Julia Braun, who has been able to call herself a "Certified Foreign Trade Specialist" since April 2022. In addition to her work in our export sales team, Julia Braun has spent countless evenings over the past 19 months learning, for example, about business processing structures in foreign trade, risk and change management, and communication and cooperation with foreign business partners. She says: "Foreign trade is an exciting topic for me and because I work in this field at Silikal anyway, I was interested in this study programme - and as it turned out: it was worth it for me. The practical relevance was very high and I was able to use and implement a lot of what I had learned.
