The Federal Association of Food Inspectors (BVLK - Bundesverband der Lebensmittelkontrolleure e. V.) expressly recommends the use of our reactive resin flooring systems in the food industry. Hubert Weimann, a member of Silikal’s management team, says of this endorsement: “We are delighted that the BVLK has once again recommended our floors. Our flooring systems are tested annually by the association. We are particularly proud that this recommendation and the seal “Recommended by the Federal Association of Food Inspectors” have been awarded continuously since 2017.
The seal is regarded as a mark of quality and, as such, may be used in Germany for the tested Silikal floors. With this certificate, the renowned association confirms the suitability of Silikal’s reactive resin flooring systems for the food industry, the food trade, the catering sector and all other areas where food is handled. The BVLK emphasises that Silikal’s flooring systems contribute to food safety thanks to their numerous advantages.
