All substances that we use in our production and that are delivered to us, whether solid or liquid, are recorded, inspected and tested by him: Our employee Frank Grützner is responsible for all incoming goods and quality control in production. And this year he is celebrating his Silikal. He has been with us since January 1, 1992. We would like to congratulate him on his 30th anniversary with the company and wish him and us continued vigilance.
The trained car mechanic was a machine operator before joining Silikal, where he worked in the production department. Initially responsible for sand, Frank Grützner was soon responsible for incoming goods and quality control in production - with the motto "learning by doing" and a good dose of accuracy. He can justifiably call himself the "longest-serving employee in production".
We wish him a particularly good year, because 2022 is not only his 30th anniversary with the company, but he will also be celebrating his 60th birthday. Good health and thank you for your time at Silikal so far, dear Frank Grützner.
