... for bakeries. But not snow as fine as powdered sugar: the unusually wintry conditions in Istanbul dampened the flow of visitors to the "IbakTech" bakery trade fair in March 2022. Nevertheless, our trade fair team from Silikal Yapı Kimyasalları Limited Şirketi was delighted to make numerous new and familiar contacts. Ertugrul Tahaoglu, supported by many of his publisher customers, had interesting conversations and told us that his trade fair summary was less "snowy" than the weather. He is currently preparing many responses and offers to trade fair inquiries.
The trade fair organizers were also pleased, stating that 97% of exhibitors would recommend the trade fair. And 99% of visitors said that their expectations of this bakery trade fair had been met.
