In the new building of the Schuster Ermengerst country butcher's shop near Kempten, there are fully hung smoking trolleys with the new noble mold salami variety. Also new and ideally suited to the high demands of the butcher's shop - an attractive and hard-wearing Silikal. Master butcher Karl Schuster is happy about both: salami is his hobbyhorse. And the new Silikal- the quality of which he knows from his existing production rooms - is much more than just an eye-catcher: "I find it particularly advantageous that the floor is seamless. This makes it easy to clean. It is also non-slip and easy to grip. Really great!"
The terracotta-colored tone of the new floor is the result of the color quartz mixture of 50% oxide red and 50% corn yellow. This color creates a warm atmosphere - despite the cool white walls and lots of stainless steel in the new butcher's shop building. Incidentally, practically any color can be implemented with colored quartz and its mixtures. The easy-to-clean surface, the seamless finishes on the channels and the coving at wall connections ensure that the floor is hygienic. By choosing a Silikal, the Schuster butcher's shop sets visual accents with a hygienic and hard-wearing floor.
