Dr. Peter Loh, Head of Research & Development, is delighted with the success of his team, which also includes Sinja Behringer, Master of Science, Angela Lamberty, paint technician, Nicolai Biehl, industrial clerk, and the two paint laboratory technician trainees Pandusiwi Alif Ardaneswari and Marina Englert, regularly supported by Kurt Engel, graduate engineer, and Siegfried Hari, paint technician.Ing. and Siegfried Hari, paint technician.
"Just 'quickly developing a new product' is not enough," says Dr. Peter Loh, "it also involves registrations, product tests, safety data sheets, and so on. A considerable amount of work that only a flexible and dynamic team - like ours - can do."
A lab meeting takes place once a week, but this is only the "official" exchange: the daily good contact between everyone not only ensures a good working atmosphere, but also a lively interest in all projects currently being worked on - regardless of who is supervising them. Sounds like fun at work. Angela Lamberty confirms: "Yes, we do. I can probably say that on behalf of all of us. Because we are all researchers and developers at heart. Everyone has their strengths, we complement each other perfectly. And so we are always on the same level."
