We’ll be exhibiting at Südback again! With our tried-and-tested Silikal floor coatings based on methyl methacrylate (MMA), we’ll be taking part in the trade fair for the bak-ery and confectionery industry.
In the baking industry, a floor has to withstand a great deal: mechanical stress, mois-ture, cleaning agents and day-to-day production operations – and our floor coatings deliver in all areas, e.g. in production, in cold stores and deep-freeze warehouses, and in staff and retail areas. Our seamless Silikal MMA floor coatings are hard-wearing, easy to clean and resistant to many alkalis, salts, oils and fats. Our Silikal systems al-so impress when it comes to food safety in the baking industry: up-to-date evidence and certificates, including HACCP International, and the recommendation from the Federal Association of Food Inspectors (Bundesverband der Lebensmittelkontrolleure e. V.) confirm their suitability for these applications.
Something else that will be of interest to visitors at Südback: the time-saving benefits for new builds and refurbishments. Our Silikal MMA floors are ready for use again very quickly. The floor can be fully used again just around an hour after the final coat has been applied. This minimises downtime and simplifies planning. And because a floor doesn’t have to look the same everywhere, we offer a wide range of colours and customised design options.
