The interest in our Silikal floors and their practical properties was great, they say. Markus Gruner, Application Technology, says: "A good trade fair with great discussions and many good contacts. And the best thing was that the bakery industry is not likely to let the current major challenges get it down. On the contrary, there was a good investment mood!" Our Silikal trade fair team of Markus Gruner and Thorsten Embach, Application Technology, and trainee Lena Fiederling, was not alone in this assessment. The trade fair company summed up that the event had reached the level from 2019 with 5,384 guests. Stefan Lohnert, Managing Director of Messe Stuttgart, says: "The trade visitors came to Südback with the intention of investing. The trade fair has thus opened the view ahead and provided orientation."
